aiwithtaren.com is operated by Misfit Labs LLC, doing business as Growth Maven (California). Growth Maven ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how we collect, use and safeguard information when you visit this website, join a workshop or waitlist, buy from us, or opt in to receive text messages.

2. Information we collect

• Contact details: your email address and, if you buy, your name, phone number and billing details.
• Your answer to "what's eating your time?" when you send it through our form.
• Text message consent data: confirmation of your opt-in, your message preferences and your reply history.
• Basic visit data: pages visited, browser type and IP address, used for spam protection and visit counts.

3. How we use your information

• Run the workshop and send you the replay, files, workshop emails and reminders.
• Send the emails and texts you opted in to, and tell you about the cohort and other offers you asked to hear about.
• Choose what to build live, based on the most common answers to "what's eating your time?"
• Answer your questions and handle payments and support requests.
• Track consent, deliver and monitor messages, and comply with the law.

4. Where it's kept and who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information or phone number. We keep your information in our customer system (GoHighLevel). Payments run through Stripe, which handles your card details. We share data only with trusted providers that help us deliver email and texts, take payments, protect our forms and run the workshop, or when the law requires it or to protect our rights.

5. Spam protection

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam check that looks at basic signals from your browser, like your IP address, to tell people from bots.

6. Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics gives us visit counts and doesn't track you across sites.

7. Texts

We only text you if you agreed to receive texts. Reply STOP (or DELETE, UNSUBSCRIBE or END) to any text to opt out, or reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

8. Emails

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

9. Your choices

Email hello@aiwithtaren.com to see, correct or delete your information.

10. Data security and retention

We apply reasonable measures to protect your data, though no system is completely secure. We keep data as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.

11. Children's privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it promptly.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with an updated date. Continuing to use our website and services means you accept the update.
